Are you wondering why you're not in the team?
ask yourself these questions first before complaining.

Am i 16+?
Am i active?
Do i post on the forums reguarly?
Do i turn up to most clan matches and trainings?
Do i have a microphone, Teamspeak and Universal anti-cheat?
Am i mature enough and don't troll?
Am i good enough to be in the team?
Do i listen to instructions when given in-game?

if you answered no to one of these you will not be considered to be on the Scrim team.

if you answered no to most of them you may not be allowed to play in scrims (clan wars) at all and may possibly be kicked from the clan.
